Instructions
Spinach Pancakes
Blend all the ingredients for the pancakes.
Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat and let it melt.
Pour the batter onto a pan (about 24 cm) and spread to the edges.
Flip the pancake when it releases from the edges.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Dressing
Mix Greek yogurt with pressed garlic, lemon juice and zest, and the other ingredients.
Filling
Cut the chicken into strips and fry it in a pan until it colors.
Add spices and continue frying.
Finely slice the pointed cabbage and cut the avocado into slices.
Distribute dressing, filling, and a little fresh spinach on the pancakes and roll them up.
