Rum Balls

Delicious rum balls just like the baker's! In the recipe, I used chocolate cake, cinnamon rolls, donuts, and Berliner (doughnuts). With marzipan, it gives a super delicious texture and taste. I love rum ball mixture, for example, try my recipe for student bread if you also love rum balls!

Ingredients

  • 400 g leftover cake
  • 50 g marzipan
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp rum essence
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Crumble the leftover cake and mix it with marzipan, cocoa powder, jam, and rum essence in a stand mixer with dough hooks until you have a uniform and firm mixture.
  2. Roll the mixture into 10 balls and coat them in sprinkles.
