Rum Balls
Delicious rum balls just like the baker's! In the recipe, I used chocolate cake, cinnamon rolls, donuts, and Berliner (doughnuts). With marzipan, it gives a super delicious texture and taste. I love rum ball mixture, for example, try my recipe for student bread if you also love rum balls!

Crumble the leftover cake and mix it with marzipan, cocoa powder, jam, and rum essence in a stand mixer with dough hooks until you have a uniform and firm mixture.
Roll the mixture into 10 balls and coat them in sprinkles.
