Rosehip jam with apple is a classic that combines the best of late summer and autumn. The small, orange rosehips give the jam an intense, almost floral flavor, while the apples add natural sweetness and make the texture extra creamy.

  • 250 g cleaned orange rosehips
  • 250 g apples
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Rinse and clean the rosehips
  2. Cut the apples into cubes and cook them with the rosehips in water until tender
  3. Blend to desired consistency
  4. Add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice, and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes
  5. Pour into sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator
