Instructions
Boil the rice and water in a pot while stirring
Add milk and bring to a boil
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 40 – 45 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally
Boil the porridge uncovered for the last few minutes and season with salt to taste
Serve with a pat of butter and cinnamon sugar
