Raita is a classic Indian dressing. It is made with cucumber and mint and is a delicious addition to Indian dishes like chicken tikka masala or daal. Raita can also be used as a healthy dip with vegetables or chips.

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 ml plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate the cucumber and squeeze out the liquid
  2. Chop the mint coarsely and place it in a bowl with cumin, salt, and garlic
  3. Add the cucumber and yogurt and mix everything well together
