Pork Patties with Peas and Carrots
A classic and flavorful Danish dish, where juicy pork patties are coated in egg and breadcrumbs and fried golden in a pan. The patties are served with a delicious, creamy sauce containing small cubes of carrots and sweet, frozen peas, adding both color and taste.

Instructions
Pork Patties
Crack the egg into a deep plate and mix breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in another deep plate
Stir the meat and shape into four flat patties
First dip the patties in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs
Fry the patties in plenty of butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side
Sauce
Chop the carrots into small cubes
Heat the flour and milk
Add water and the bouillon cube, stirring until the cube is dissolved
Add butter and bring to a boil while stirring
Add chopped carrots and frozen peas and stir
Let the sauce simmer until it thickens, then stir in salt and chopped parsley
Side Dish
Peel the potatoes and boil them in plenty of water with 3 tsp coarse salt for about 20 minutes until tender
Serve the dish topped with fresh parsley
