Poké bowl is a Hawaiian dish consisting of rice, vegetables, and fish. It is also known as "sushi salad." Here you have a recipe for a poké bowl with torpedo shrimp that is easy to make and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 12 torpedo shrimp
  • 400 ml sushi rice
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g radishes
  • 100 g edamame beans
  • 1 mango
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chili mayo

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice. Use 150 ml of water for every 100 ml of rice. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.
  2. Slice the avocado, carrot, radishes, and mango.
  3. Heat the torpedo shrimp according to the package instructions.
  4. Divide the rice into bowls and top with avocado, carrot, radishes, mango, edamame beans, and torpedo shrimp.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with chili mayo.
