Pesto Twisters

Pesto Twisters are super easy and quick to make, and they are a delicious snack to take on the go or include in a lunchbox.

Pesto Twisters

Ingredients

  • 1 pack fresh puff pastry
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • Green pesto
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles.
  2. Spread pesto on one rectangle.
  3. Place a new rectangle on top and spread with tomato paste.
  4. Continue until you finish with a rectangle.
  5. Cut strips and twist them into a long string and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake the pesto twisters at 200°C (convection) for 10 - 15 minutes.
