Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Fry the salsiccia in a pan until it has browned slightly.
Roughly chop the portobello mushrooms and add them to the salsiccia. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Finely chop the onions and garlic and add them to the pan. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the white wine and let it reduce.
Add the cream and Parmesan, and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and serve with grated Parmesan and optionally some fresh rosemary.
