Easy and quick recipe for thin, soft, and golden pancakes, perfect with sugar, jam or fresh berries

  • 2 eggs
  • 400 ml milk
  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ organic lemon

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add eggs and milk, and whisk until there are no more lumps
  2. Add salt, vanilla sugar, cardamom, sugar, and lemon zest and whisk it well in
  3. Let the batter rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Cook the pancakes on a hot pan with butter until they are golden
