Bailey Layer Cake

My recipe for a delicious layer cake with raspberry mousse and chocolate ganache. The cake is made with Bailey's in both the ganache and buttercream, providing a lovely soft and creamy Bailey's flavor to the cake. I used the original Bailey's, but feel free to try one of the many other variants, such as Bailey's with caramel.

Moist Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake is super delicious and moist with a deep chocolate flavor. The cake contains no eggs, making it a bit easier and cheaper to make. It also means it can be soft in the middle. Top with a delicious chocolate cream. It can be adjusted, for example, with white chocolate instead. The cake is delightful on its own, so the cream can easily be omitted.

Cardamom Buns

Cardamom bun are my absolute favorite yeast dough pastry. Here you get the recipe for sticky cardamom twists with a good layer of filling. I roll them in a slightly different way, which makes them extra beautiful and properly baked through. You can see how in the video below. Let them rise for 3 hours or longer. This gives you a really smooth and delicious dough, and some large twists.
