Brownie Batter
Chop the chocolate and melt it with butter in a microwave.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and frothy.
Add the chocolate mixture and continue whisking.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the egg mixture and mix well.
Place one Oreo per muffin in muffin cups and pour the batter over.
Bake the brownies for 15 - 18 minutes at 180°C (conventional oven) until set but still soft inside.
Frosting
Whisk butter, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and whole milk together to the desired consistency; add more powdered sugar if it's too soft.
Finely chop the Oreos and mix them into the frosting.
Pipe the frosting onto the cooled muffins.
Halve 6 Oreos and chop the last one.
Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs and place the halved Oreos in the frosting.
