Cut the puff pastry into small squares of about 6 x 6 cm to match the number of sausages, which is about 24 pieces in a package.
Roll each sausage from the tip of the square and seal the ends together with a little egg.
Brush the sausage rolls and sprinkle a bit of sesame on top.
Bake them at 200°C (fan) for about 10 minutes until they are golden.
