Lemon Dessert

The lemon desserts are very similar to lemon mousse. In this recipe, there are only 3 ingredients and it does not contain eggs or gelatin unlike lemon mousse.

  • 2 organic lemons
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

  1. Grate the zest of the lemons
  2. Cut the lemons in half and hollow them out with a spoon
  3. Chop the lemon flesh and press the juice out through a sieve
  4. Heat cream, sugar, and lemon zest over low heat in a saucepan until it begins to bubble
  5. Add the lemon juice and stir
  6. Pour the cream-lemon mixture into the lemon halves and place them in the freezer for 3 hours
