Meat Sauce
Lightly sauté onions, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a sauté pan
Add meat and let it brown well
Stir in the remaining ingredients, and let the sauce simmer for 1 hour
Assembly
Layer the lasagna in the following way three times in a baking dish: meat sauce, béchamel sauce, lasagna sheets
Finish with béchamel sauce and sprinkle breadcrumbs over
Bake the lasagna at 200°C conventional oven for 25–30 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden
Top with grated Parmesan and fresh basil
