Homemade Pasta
Homemade pasta is truly delicious and incredibly easy, with only two ingredients! If you don't have a pasta machine, you can easily roll out the dough and then cut it into pasta. Use your homemade pasta in my delicious pasta dishes.

Instructions
Pour the flour onto a table and make a well in the center.
Crack the eggs into the well and mix the flour in with a fork.
Finally, knead the dough with your hands until it is uniform and smooth.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two portions.
Run each dough piece through a pasta machine for lasagna sheets, starting at the lowest setting and increasing to the desired thickness.
Then run the lasagna sheets through the pasta cutter.
Mix a little durum wheat flour into the finished pasta and separate them.
Boil the fresh pasta in salted water for 5 minutes.
