Granola with Peanut Butter

This granola is perfectly balanced with the sweetness of honey and a hint of cinnamon, which gives a wonderful aroma throughout the kitchen. It's packed with healthy fats from almonds, sunflower seeds, and peanuts, providing the perfect crunch. A sure winner for both everyday and brunch!

Granola with Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 60 g butter
  • 100 g honey
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 100 g coarse oats
  • 50 g raisins
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g peanuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt butter, honey, and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth
  2. Chop peanuts and almonds, and mix them in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients
  3. Pour in the peanut mixture and stir well
  4. Spread the granola evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Bake the granola at 160°C (fan) for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Let the granola cool and transfer to a container
  7. Serve, for example, on top of chia pudding or simply with milk
