Gingerbread Men

Shaped cookies are delightful to make and taste wonderfully festive with strong Christmas spices. The gingerbread dough is easier to work with the colder it is. Therefore, it's a good idea to make it the day before you need it. If necessary, you can place it in the freezer for a couple of hours and then cut out the cookies. The cookies are topped with a delicious icing that is easy to pipe due to its good thick consistency.
