Crispy chicken strips with flavorful cornflake coating, perfect as a snack, in burgers, or fresh spring rolls. Easy to make and always a hit.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 5 dl cornflakes
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips
  2. Crush the cornflakes and mix them in a bowl with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  3. Place flour in another bowl and beat the eggs in a third bowl
  4. First, coat the chicken strips in flour, then in eggs, and finally in the cornflakes
  5. Heat the oil in a small saucepan to 170°C (if you don't have one small enough for the oil, use more oil)
  6. Place a few pieces of chicken in at a time and fry them until they are golden brown
  7. Serve, for example, in fresh spring rolls, in burgers, or simply as a snack with dip
