Instructions
Sauté cumin, coriander, chili powder, onions, and garlic in a sauté pan
Add chopped carrots and bell pepper and continue to sauté
Add kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, and salt and let the dish simmer for 10 minutes
Cook for 10 - 12 minutes
Serve with tortilla chips and lime juice
