Delicious rum balls just like the baker's! In the recipe, I used chocolate cake, cinnamon rolls, donuts, and Berliner (doughnuts). With marzipan, it gives a super delicious texture and taste. I love rum ball mixture, for example, try my recipe for student bread if you also love rum balls!
Bird's Nests with Vanilla Cream
Bird's nests are small works of art made from crispy meringue, rich vanilla cream, caramelized nuts, and fresh strawberries. These delicate cakes are perfect as an elegant dessert or as a sweet ending to a festive occasion.
Nutella Swirls
If you like cinnamon rolls and cardamom twists, these Nutella swirls are just for you! Here, I've made homemade Nutella, which is really easy and has a distinct and delicious taste of roasted hazelnuts. Of course, you can also just use the original Nutella from a jar. The dough for the Nutella swirls is a brioche dough, which makes it deliciously soft and not too sweet.
