Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk
Add salt, flour, and sugar, and knead into a uniform dough
Add butter and continue kneading
Let the dough rise for ½ hour
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and crack the egg into a well in the center of the dough
Also add grated carrots and sunflower seeds
Fold the dough together until it is uniform
Cut the dough into 12 buns and let them rise on a baking sheet for another ½ hour
Bake the buns at 200°C (fan) for about 15 minutes
