Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add melted butter, salt, and honey
Gradually add the flour while kneading the dough with a stand mixer
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour
Shape 12 buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Let the buns rise for another 45 minutes
Brush the buns with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake at 200°C (fan) for 15 minutes
