Broccoli Tart

Broccoli tart is a green and delicious tart with broccoli, eggs, cheese, and cottage cheese. It is an easy and tasty dish that can be eaten both warm and cold.

Broccoli Tart

Ingredients

  • Tart Dough
  • 100 g butter
  • 175 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 100 ml water
  • Filling
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Tart Dough
  2. Crumble the cold butter into the flour and add water and salt, then quickly combine the dough
  3. Press the dough into a 22 cm tart pan, prick the bottom with a fork, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  4. Once the dough has rested, pre-bake it for 15 minutes at 200°C conventional oven
  5. Filling
  6. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stem into small sticks
  7. Boil the broccoli in salted boiling water for about 2 minutes
  8. Whisk eggs with cottage cheese/quark and salt
  9. Distribute the broccoli on the tart crust and pour the egg mixture over.
  10. Bake the tart for 30 minutes at 200°C conventional oven, an additional 5 minutes with fan
