Crumble the cold butter into the flour and add water and salt, then quickly combine the dough
Press the dough into a 22 cm tart pan, prick the bottom with a fork, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Once the dough has rested, pre-bake it for 15 minutes at 200°C conventional oven
Filling
Cut the broccoli into small florets and the stem into small sticks
Boil the broccoli in salted boiling water for about 2 minutes
Whisk eggs with cottage cheese/quark and salt
Distribute the broccoli on the tart crust and pour the egg mixture over.
Bake the tart for 30 minutes at 200°C conventional oven, an additional 5 minutes with fan
