Instructions
Bring the blackberries to a boil with water until the berries lighten
Stir in 700 g of sugar and let it boil for 5 - 10 minutes
Mix the remaining sugar with pectin and stir into the jam
Bring it to a brief boil for 5 minutes
Immediately pour the hot jam into sterilized jars
