Banana Pancakes

Soft and delicious banana pancakes with plenty of flavor. These pancakes are both easy and quick to make, and they are perfect if you have some ripe bananas lying around. They become delightfully moist with a mild sweetness from the bananas and a little twist of cardamom that gives them extra flavor.

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml rolled oats
  • 100 ml all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until you have a uniform batter.
  2. Heat a pan with butter over medium heat.
  3. Cook the pancakes, using 2 tablespoons of batter each, until they are nicely golden.
