Ingredients

  • 70 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 25 ml milk
  • 300 g ripe bananas
  • 130 g all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar
  2. Beat in the egg
  3. Add milk and mashed bananas
  4. Fold in all the dry ingredients
  5. Coarsely chop the chocolate and fold it into the batter
  6. Divide the batter into muffin cups and bake at 180°C (fan) for 15 minutes
