Instructions
Melt the butter and whisk it with the sugar and brown sugar.
Add the eggs and continue whisking.
Add the milk and mashed bananas to the batter.
Fold in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and fold it into the batter.
Grease a loaf pan and lightly sprinkle it with sugar.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake the banana bread for 35 - 40 minutes at 180°C (fan oven).
