Apple Strudel
Here is the recipe for an incredibly easy and delicious apple strudel with cinnamon filling. The crispy puff pastry combined with the sweet filling and tart apples creates a wonderful taste experience, perfect for autumn coziness.

Instructions
Peel the apples and cut them into wedges
Whisk butter, sugar, marzipan, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and cardamom into a smooth filling
Lay the puff pastry lengthwise and spread the filling in the middle third of the pastry
Place the apple slices on top of the filling
Cut diagonal strips in the dough on each side of the filling, and braid it over
Brush the strudel with an egg and sprinkle chopped almonds and sugar over the strudel
Bake the apple strudel at 200ºC conventional oven for 20 - 25 minutes
Serve with whipped cream
