Delicious, soft pancakes with a slightly tangy twist from Greek yogurt and a mild vanilla flavor. Perfect for both breakfast and brunch

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 50 g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together well to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a pan with a little butter and cook three pancakes using about 50ml of batter each.
  3. Once the first pancakes are done, no additional fat is needed.
